Naga Royals Fight Camp
Combat Sports Brand · Chiang Mai, Thailand
Transformed a Muay Thai gym concept into a fully positioned international combat brand. Renamed, repositioned, and invented the playing card identity system — every fighter, package, and room tier assigned a card rank and suit. Delivered full financial modelling, 13-section brand document, live website, interactive booking calculator, investor pitch, and merch concepts.

The Golden Banana Project
F&B & Social Enterprise · Chiang Mai, Thailand
Built a mobile frozen dessert brand from scratch in a foreign country — no network, no language, no template. Secured investment, designed the full visual identity, custom cart, and packaging. Executed live test-trading in one of Chiang Mai's highest footfall areas. Embedded a Karen Village Social Fund as a core brand differentiator.

Eco-Resort & Fight Retreat · Chiang Mai, Thailand
Supporting the full establishment of a boutique eco-resort and Muay Thai fight retreat — brand strategy, digital presence, operational systems, and content planning. Built a complete 6-tool internal staff toolkit: daily task runner, guest prep documents, business calculator, shopping tool, social content planner, and TikTok brief generator. All deployed and live.

Founded a profit-with-purpose social enterprise using recycled materials to create community products. Secured external funding, upsized the workshop, and earned national press coverage. Built a loyal community through weekly open skill-sharing sessions. Managed production, budgeting, PR, and programming independently for three years.

I'm a qualified youth worker, a trained artist, a social entrepreneur, a community organiser, and a creative director. I've secured international funding, spoken to 500 people at a conference in Germany, built businesses in foreign countries with no network, and designed brands that genuinely change how people feel about a company.

My background spans factory floors, canal boat coffee shops, international art exhibitions, youth exchanges across nine countries, and fight camps in the Thai mountains. That range isn't a lack of focus — it's exactly why I see angles other strategists miss.
